DANIEL F. ROYAL, DO, CTP, JD
Dr. Daniel Royal was born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina while his father was attending medical school and his mother nursing school at Wake Forest University. After his father completed his service in the Air Force as a Flight Surgeon, he moved the family from Texas to Oregon and went into private practice. Later, at 14 years of age, Daniel began working in his father’s medical clinic in Eugene, Oregon where he processed lab tests for thyroid and served as an x-ray technician.
In 1980, following a 2-year mission for the LDS Church to Hamburg, Germany, he returned to Las Vegas, Nevada where he worked as a technician in the homeopathic pharmacy of the Nevada Clinic. In 1985, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas (“UNLV”) and began attending the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific (“COMP”). Daniel obtained his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine degree in 1989. In 1990, he completed a residency with Mesa General Hospital in Mesa, Arizona, obtained his osteopathic and homeopathic licensures in Nevada, and began working with his father, Fuller Royal, MD, HMD, an allopathic and homeopathic physician practicing in Las Vegas, Nevada.
In the 1990's, Dr. Royal became Board Certified in Family Practice and obtained additional training in medical alternatives in Europe and Canada. He also spent time practicing medicine in Lancaster County Pennsylvania where he worked in a rural clinic on an Amish farm and served as the physician to many of the local Amish and Mennonites. Eventually, he returned to Las Vegas and in July 1996 opened his own clinic, “Royal Center of Advanced Medicine.”
In August 1999, Dr. Royal began attending UNLV's William S. Boyd School of Law. When he graduated, Daniel was one of only two people in the UNLV Law Class of 2003 to have taken and passed the United States Patent Bar Exam where he is licensed to practice patent law as a patent attorney with the United States Patent Office. Dr. Royal passed the bar exam in October 2003 and is licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada.
In 2010, Dr. Royal conducted a small clinical study using an adaptogen complex where he showed that a supplement could be used to correct nutritional deficiencies. In January 2011, he filed a provisional patent for a method of obtaining pluripotent stem cells from autologous blood, which was later converted to a utility patent in January 2012. Currently, Dr. Royal is a Certified Tribal Practitioner for the Turtle Healing Band Clinic in Las Vegas, Nevada where he uses stem cells, immune therapy, and insulin potentiation therapy for cancer.Type your paragraph here.
BENJAMIN ZVENIA, ND, CTH, JD
Judge Ben Zvenia is an enrolled member of the Nottaway Tribal Community and a trained naturopathic physician who is licensed to practice indigenous medicine as a Certified Tribal Healer. Some of his legal accomplishments are outlined below:
Currently serves as a Pro Tem for the Yavapai-Apache Tribal Court, AZ and is the Administrative Judge for the Nottaway Tribal Community (Meherrin) in NC. He also serves as a Pro Tem for the So. Cal. Inter-tribal Court of Appeals and has been active with the Southwest Intertribal Court of Appeals, Albq., NM and associated Clerk’s training program. Judge Zvenia from 2008-2009 served as Chief Judge for the Ft. McDermitt Paiute Shoshone Tribe, McDermitt, NV and has been as a Judge Pro Tem for the following courts—San Carlos Apache Tribal Court, San Carlos, AZ; Cocopah Tribal Court, Sommerton, AZ and Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community Court, Scottsdale, AZ. Judge Zvenia also served as an Appellate Justice & Judge Pro Tem for the Lummi Nation Tribal Court, Bellingham, WA from 2005-2008.
Former appointed member of the Tribal Courts Committee—American Bar Association, Judicial Division, Special Court Judges Section and a former Vice-Chair of both the Animal Law Committee and the Workers Compensation & Employers Liability Law Committee—American Bar Association, Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section. He is also a former Vice Chair of the Labor & Employment Practice Section, as well as, a former Co-Chair of the Health Law Section of the Federal Bar Association. Within these areas of the law, Judge Zvenia has had articles published on topics covering public safety and associated legal areas.
Formerly served on the NV Supreme Court’s Order of Protection Committee (2009–2013) and was previously, the appointed Tribal Court Liaison for the Arizona Supreme Court’s—Domestic Violence Court Committee known as CIDVC (2005-2008). He was appointed by the former AZ Supreme Court Chief Judge, Charles Jones in 2005 and again by the then current Chief Judge, Ruth McGregor in 2007. Within this committee, he served on both the Domestic Violence Court Forms sub-Group and the Educational sub-Group. Further, that Judge Zvenia served as an appointed Commissioner of the American Bar Association’s Commission on Domestic Violence, Washington, DC from 2005-2006. Judge Zvenia is Past Secretary of the National Native American Bar Association and served for four consecutive terms from 2002-2005.

HOLLY MCCLENAHAN, RN
(Trauma Resolution Specialist)
Holly is a master of assessment in finding energetic disturbances, their sources and the interventions required for resolution. She uses the knowledge of the connection between your energy and your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual state of being to move you into a state of wellness.
Holly has 40 years of experience in the healing field. She began her career as a nurse after graduating from the University of KY and maintained her CCRN license as a neurosurgical/trauma ICU nurse at Loma Linda University Medical Center in Loma Linda, CA and at Barrow Neurological Institute at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix, AZ. In 1992 after a severe illness which included post-traumatic stress, seizures, and a near death experience, she deepened her personal search for healing.
She now uses energy techniques based in quantum physics, Native American traditions, ancient healing traditions, and cutting-edge technology. She began her studies in energy medicine and since 1996 has owned her own practice. Holly has been a teacher throughout her career; first training nurses in ICU, then as a national and international trainer for BICOM and Bioresonance Technology, and now in classes of her own design. Holly spent 10 years studying with a Native American, Serge Running Wolf Martel, who ordained Holly as a Golden Eagle Minister and trained her as a Shamanic Touch Practitioner, Reiki Master and teacher. Holly attended the Institute of Regulatory Medicine in Munich, Germany, and is a Bioresonance Practitioner.
She managed New Hope Clinic, a specialized bioresonance cancer clinic, in Tijuana, Mexico, that treated cancer patients and chronic illnesses. Holly is trained as a Trauma Resolution Specialist and Inner Greatness Coach to assist in resolution of mental, emotional and spiritual issues, including PTST.
